Does LBH have a physical store?
No, LBH is purely an On-line store.


Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes we do.


How do I return the dress?
It’s as simple as placing the dress in the return satchel provided and drop it off at your nearest Post Office or Yellow Express Postal Box.


What happens if my return period ends on a Sunday or public holiday?
Simply place the dress in the return satchel provided and drop it into your nearest Express Postal box on your return date.


What if the dress is accidentally damaged or stained?
As we are providing these dresses to children, and damage maybe inevitable, please contact us or refer to the Terms and Conditions page if the dress is accidentally damaged or stained.


What if the dress has irreparable damage or becomes lost?
As unfortunate as the situation maybe, you will be liable to pay the full recommended retail price (RRP) of the dress as stated on our website. We will however, take into consideration the rental fee already paid and also the demand/availability of the dress in the market. Our aim in the end is to come up with the best solution.


What If the dress doesn’t fit my child?
Please contact us for a full refund or exchange.


How long will the dress take to be delivered?
This depends on your location and the time you place your order. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days. If your order is placed before 11am (Sydney time), it will be dispatched on the same day, otherwise it will be dispatched the next business day.


What if I place my order on a Weekend or public holiday?
The order will always be processed during business hours on the next business day.


What if I want to cancel the order?
If for any reason you wish to cancel the order and we are contacted before the order is dispatched, there will be no fee applied. If the order has been sent out, a $25 fee will be applied. Please accept the order from the courier and return the dress within 24 hours of receiving it. Please contact us.

How long until I receive my refund?
A refund is issued once the dress has been returned within 24 hours in an unworn condition along with a refund request. The refund process for each credit card institution varies, and this can take anywhere between 10-14 days. This process is unfortunetly beyond our control.

Are all of your designer dresses authentic?
Absolutely, all our designer dresses come directly from the designer themselves.

What condition should I be expecting to receive the dress?
In Excellent condition. All of our dresses are carefully checked, manicured and dry-cleaned after every wear.

Does the dress need to be steamed or ironed upon arrival?
We have all dresses steamed and pressed after every wear and then carefully package each dress into a garment bag and then boxed. We try to eliminate as much wrinkles as possible, but some fabrics are easier to crease than others. Please do not iron the dress as this may cause damage. Try a low steam or even hang the dress in a steamy bathroom, keep away from any water!
